Cancellation & Illness Policy

I value your time and our time together. For this reason, please let me know if you will not be able to keep your appointment time at least 24 hours prior. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, please note that we may not be able to have a full session, as it will impact the clients I have after you.

Failure to show up to an appointment without prior notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50.

The one exception is if you are coming down with a cold.

Please be advised that as we enter the cold season, we need to do our best to stay healthy.

If you feel like you may be coming down with something, even slightly, DON'T COME IN FOR A MASSAGE. There will be no penalties for cancelling last minute if you are or even think you are getting sick.

There are two reasons for this, first of all, a massage during the early stages of a cold will make you feel a whole lot worse and fast because it will speed up the spread of the virus and or bacteria through your system. Secondly, you're contagious and I really don't want to get sick or worse yet, spread it to my other clients.

However, a massage at the end of a cold is a great idea! It will help decongest you and get rid of any residual aches and pains.
